An opportunity for clients aged 6 to end of life

Individual counselling give clients the opportunity to move at their own pace through their journey discovering more about themselves.  A personal session can support a client through their challenges that may be hindering growth/development.  The following areas are a few examples of how Heartfelt counselling can work with you to overcome the parts of life that feel challenging.

Managing Anxiety - Heartfelt offers support and strategies alongside an animal friends when exploring the emotions of fear, the root of anxiety.  With encouragement, the animals and human professionals, you are able to learn coping strategies and self-regulation.

Managing Depression - At Heartfelt, through the connection with animals, clients have a safe, nurturing environment to feel all the emotions associated with depression, in a way that supports them.  Clients have the opportunity to gain some insight in to their internal beliefs of themselves and rewrite their story moving forward.  "What we don't need in the midst of struggle is shame for being human." - Brene Brown.

Managing Grief

Clients have the chance to discover that grief and mourning are normal parts of life.  "What if grief is not a consequence of love but another expression of it? What if our deep sorrow is a reflection of deep connections? Managing Big Emotions

At Heartfelt, we understand that big emotions such as fear, anger and sadness can get out of our control. We give clients the opportunity to explore these emotions, find where they are rooted and then support them with coming with the strategies on how to manage these big emotions.

Investment: $80.00/session
